7 Weeks pp

I am 7 weeks pp and I had a C-Section and was given the ok at 2 weeks to have sex as long as I didn't feel any pain or was comfortable. I had stopped bleeding 2 days after and only spotted a couple days after that. My boyfriend and I had sex and the first time we used a condom and we had sex after without a condom but doing the pullout method. Now I'm just a little worried that I could've gotten pregnant again. Yesterday morning when I went to the bathroom I had light pink spotting once and have it had it since then. I thought my period was coming but I haven't had any other signs than that. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant again? Should I test? I'm supposed to get the IUD next week..
