Endometriosis

Hi everyone,

My husband and I have been TTC our second child for about a year and a half now. It took about a year for the first and have to have her by C section due to preclampsia. I have had severe pain almost since she was birn and the ultra sounds show no cysts. My gyno wants to do surgery for endometriosis because she said it can create a "hostile" uterus and could be why we haven't been successful. I was just wondering if anyone else had had this experience and could give me some advice?
