I went for my first ultrasound yesterday and doc said I am 5 weeks they can only see yolk sac next week they called again for ultrasound and today I got this discharge. Is this old blood or implantation bleeding? This is the time when I usually starts AF.

Call your OBGYN, explain what's going on, and go from there. Avoid ER (they will not help you the way an OBGYN can help you and chances are waiting until the next business day isn't going to be life or death). Also posting on this forum is almost always going to get you "RED ALERT YOURE DYING OMG YOURE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE" when in all likelihood you're expericing something normal. Visit your doctor. The people on this forum are not doctors. 
 
Speaking from experience here. Plenty of women commented on something I shared saying I was having a miscarriage & it turned out to be totally normal (and exact opposite of what a miscarriage looks like per my doctor). Do yourself a favor and avoid posting life or death questions on here.

It looks old. If that's all that happened and went away I wouldn't worry at all. It's normal to spot in your first trimester it's when it gets heavy , sticks around long and is followed by bad cramps and pains the. You should worry but that's old blood probably just left over

Between 4 and 5weeks I had this. 
I was told threatened miscarriage but I'm pretty sure it's just implantation. I'm now 25weeks. 
I had cramping also, it was a terrible time. I would take it easy, put your feet up. If you feel like you might be misscarrying then call your doctor and have a talk. It's just at 5weeks there isn't anything they can do

If they did a vaginal ultrasound that happens sometimes nothing to worry about
