Picking the skin on my lips or my cuticles. It's more of an anxiety thing for me though. Anytime my anxiety is high I start doing it without even noticing or thinking about it.

Sleeping with my contacts and full face of makeup 😔 After a full day of watching two children I only floss and brush my teeth at night don't bother with the other stuff. Lol
