So tired of this 🙄

Okay girls so this has nothing to do with periods or anything but..DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TAKE THESE STAINS OUT?!.. I have scrubbed and scrubbed used vinegar and baking soda, clorox, ajax literally everything I can to take these off and they wont come out!! Does anyone know what i can do?! Im tired of seeing this everyday knowing i cleaned the tub approx 3 times that day already! I have never failed to clean it since we moved in as it was already there when we got the house. I just want my tub to be clean lmao the bubbles are anti slip thingies btw I put those on there after we moved in so they aren't dirty 🙄  but does anyone have any ideas?!
