16 weeks pregnant and getting............

Is anyone else getting migraines at 16 weeks, I'm constantly waking up with migraines. I'm taking extra B6 and it's just not going away. Idk what to do. Doctor said they are doing studies that Tylenol causes ADHD so kinda on edge of taking it, and plus one doesn't really do it for me! Anyone have this problem? If so please let me know what you do for your headaches it's killing!
