Pregnancy and Anti depressants

I have been on Neulactil (a mood stabilisor) and Effexor 300mg for the last 5 years and have been very well on this combination. Wanting to start trying to conceive my doctor started tapering me off this medication last November in combination with conignitive behaviour therapy with a psychologist.  It hasn't been easy but I am off the Neulactil and got down to 187.5mg and just now have spent two weeks in a mild depressive state. The doctor has put me back up to 225mg of Effexor to help me. I have appointment with a psychiatrist and obgyn to get specialist advice. I feel like I've gotten to a point where I cannot go any lower and desperately want someone to tell me that this dose will be ok to fall pregnant on.  Any one have any knowledge or personal experience with this?
