Is this mastisis or a clogged duct?

I breastfeed and I found a lump under my armpit on the right side. It is sore to the touch and when that side lets down it brings a firey pain with it. I am going to try warm compresses and feed from it more often(afraid of the pain)...EBF for 3 months
