Utterly confused

Hi all just looking for some guidance please. I had my implanon bar removed in November and immediately switched to the pill. My period came exactly 22 days later. My last pill was the end of January, I had my week off and was due to start back Feb 3rd, but have completely spotted birth control. AF still hasn't arrived but had two BFN.....any advice or opinions are appreciated
