TMI - discharge

So, I've been using the pill to skip my period for about 3 months now, and I don't know if that has anything to do with this. But tonight after I wiped there was a blob of sticky, yellow but see-through discharge on the paper, no odour. This has never happened before. But when I stick a finger in to check my CM it's normal white and creamy. Anyone know what it means? I've been seeing a guy for about a month now, we have both protected and unprotected sex. Help pls. Was going to take a photo but I forgot.
