We are a worldwide blog, with 3 different discussion groups (links can be found below!) Our aim is to spread awareness, no matter what country you are in that invisible illnesses are just as important to physical ones.

We welcome anyone to share any advice/tips/reviews of medical centres etc, but we ask you be a reliable source. Read articles/websites before you share them, and be sure their information is true.

🍥 DISCUSSION GROUPS 🍥

We do have our own groups. One group is for anyone to join, another for UK residents only, and one for people Aged 13-25💖 They are listed below. Please read what the groups are about before joining and please only join the group suited to you (for example; please don't join the UK group if you're in America. Or don't join the Youth group if you're 26+ etc) 🌸🦄🌷🌿

Worldwide Group:

This group we allow anyone from any location,age,background to join.

UK Group:

The UK group is for those who live in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland ONLY. We will check your location before accepting your request. We ask you join the Worldwide group first before joining the UK group, so we can ask if you are from the UK.

Youth Group:

The Youth Group is for ANYONE aged between 13 and 25. We will not accept anyone older or younger. We ask people confirm their age on arriving into the group, or if you are not in this age group, to simply join the correct group above.

A group for those spoonies with a love for makeup, fashion, health, fitness, lifestyle! Whether a blogger or a general lover of these things, everyone is welcome!
