first trimester and scared to exercise, any help?
Hi girls.
So I'm only about 4 weeks pregnant and I'm feeling normal with very subtle symptoms. I am qualified as a personal trainer but not for pregnant clients, I've been working out for about 4 years now. For the last year and a half I've been doing Kayla Itsines BBG workouts which are HIIT body weight with some use of free weights. I know they say you can keep exercising as you were but I feel so fragile like I could combust at any moment 😂😂 I know it might seem stupid but I'm just trying not to make any sudden moves that could negatively affect my little one.
I did 15 min yesterday and 30 min today. I modified the ab exercises to ones recommended by "what to expect when expecting" app.
Does anybody else feel like a porcelain doll at the moment and nervous to do anything?
Did any of you continue working out in first trimester?

P.s.I'm so early and can't get an appointment with a gynae yet. I live in France and don't speak French very well so I'm finding it a bit challenging. I don't have a doctor here. Hoping to amend this soon of course.
