anti depressant withdrawals
has anyone here gone through anti depressant withdrawals and got all the shitty side effects?? I'm getting severe brain zaps and insomnia and literally feel like I'm losing my grip on sanity lol. My doctor made me go cold turkey from my pristiq 100mg after 4 months of using it because it wasn't working. any tips on how to combat these side effects 🤕
