So this is super weird and I would never post like this but I'm super moody all the time. Literally. Like anything can throw me off and I'll get super stressed out and like I take it out on my boyfriend and I feel so bad, but literally I just get so frustrated I could scream. What are some good ways I can help relieve my stress without taking it out on my bf? May I add, I'm a full-time online college student, I work full-time, and live on my own with my boyfriend and our dog
