only oral

I can only get off from oral sex. My boyfriend does it graciously, but I would love to orgasm with him inside me. I have been sexually active for almost ten years and I have always been this way. Whenever I come close to having an orgasm with him inside me, I sike myself out mentally and it goes away. At this point I think too much during sex about getting off and it never happens. Any suggestions?
