how is your pregnancy different?

So I had a perfect baby boy in Oct 2013. My pregnancy was a breeze... no morning sickness everything was beautiful and no pain until labor of course... Now I'm pregnant with my 2nd child and this pregnancy could not be more different... Im sick, can't eat, can't sleep, round ligament pain... I feel everything it seems like... So my question to you is we're yalls pregnancies different or the same and how are the different??

Okay so this is probably going to be a long answer lol. My first pregnancy was in 2006, I was 16, I had morning sickness really bad until about 20 weeks then heart burn the rest of the way, I was pretty miserable most of the pregnancy, but nothing to out of the ordinary, my 2nd pregnancy was in 2008, I was 18, I had hardly any morning sickness and everything was going seemingly well until about 15 weeks I started having troubles breathing, and at 18 weeks found out I had a pulmonary embolism and my heart had tilted the explanation given to me was "very rarely when you're pregnant your heart just gets sick" I was on bed rest the rest of the pregnancy and was terrified something terrible was going to happen to me or my son and vowed to never have any more kids. After his birth which was quite traumatic I was told having more kids was out of the cards for us as I wouldn't be able to carry another child and I was 100% okay with that. Then in December of 2016, at 26 I found out that although I wasn't supposed To be able to get pregnant again, I did and I'm currently almost 20 weeks with our little miracle baby (it's a girl!) and I've had absolutely no symptoms this entire time no morning sickness no anything. It's been wonderful.

My 1st and 2nd pregnancies were pretty much opposite. A lot of weight gain and pre-e, no nausea. Then very little weight gain, horrible nausea 24/7 but my health was great. Both boys. My third was a girl and it was a mix both other pregnancies combined

First pregnancy with our baby boy I was nauseous just a teeny bit, other then that I believe I had a very easy pregnancy. (Don't remember all too much). This pregnancy I've been nauseous, vomiting more, grossed out by much more, extremely painful pelvic pain/pressure, forgetfulness,  exhausted and sweaty smelly feet and hand. 😷😩 We don't know the gender with this one and I'm 38 weeks 2 days 😄 Almost there!

Both my pregnancies have been relatively uneventful, i.e. no symptoms at all and don't even feel pregnant. The only difference with this one is actually craving food. We had a girl first but aren't finding out this one.
