I've seen that many of you ladies would leave the relationship if your SO cheated, which is logical. But what about if your husband cheated? Would it be as easy to leave as it would be when there was just a relationship, not something that serious that links you two?

Yes. I don't care if we've been married for 20 years and he only cheated once. He betrayed my trust and everything marriage is about. He would most likely go and cheat again knowing that I will alwaya forgive him. Well he can go fuck both himself and those women

I like to think that I would but I honestly don't know and that makes me so sad. Like I know I have self-respect but the idea of not having him in my life is terrifying. So I would probably talk myself into giving him another chance.

My husband and I started out very very young. Got pregnant with our first child at 19 (me) and 17 (him). When our first son was six months old we got pregnant with our second child. We had to get married. At the time my husband barely made anything to support us. The strain on his back was too much for him so young and it was causing him to back away from me. He had an affair a month into our marriage. It was a rough time for both of us. We managed to make it through everything. I can honestly say now that I'm greatful that it happened. It made our relationship strong. It made him realize how much we his family meant to him. I didn't think I could ever get past it but my husband learned to respect me more than ever by forgiving the unforgivable. We've been very fortunate and blessed with how far and happy we are now. 8 years into the marriage and our family keeps growing!

To me one of the most important aspects of a relationship is trust. If you don't have that you don't have a strong relationship. I can't be with someone I can't trust and if he cheated I couldn't trust him.

Yes, I told him from the beginning that I would only leave if I found out he was cheating or if he became abusive. I draw a hard line on both of those things. Experienced has taught me some things about what I don't want in life.

Depends to be honest. 
Sex with someone else, a kiss, flirting, exchanging texts.. I count all as cheating but obviously on different levels. Sex with someone else or emotionally involved with them is one thing, but I'm not going to break up my children's family over a kiss or a couple text messages that we could potentially work through and put behind us.

It's hard to say what you would actually do unless you are in the situation... I don't care how strongly you think you feel about it.
People make mistakes, it's human. If we are dating and you screw me over, I'm walking and never looking back. If we are married, it's different, if we have children it's very different.
That being said... for me there's a big difference between a one night mistake ... and an actual relationship. I think I can move past a one time mistake if he was truly sorry.... but if it was an actual affair with feelings involved... that's a whole different story.

Sorry but to me cheating is a major sign of disrespect. I don't have time for people I can't trust. Even if it meant going through a divorce, it's better to waste my life with a cheater. Even if it was only once, people don't change.
From past experience, I'm strictly one and done.

This was something me and my husband talked about when we started dating. Even than we said if one of us cheats we are done. That still stand not been married 5 years. I just asked him if I cheated would he be done and he said yes. I feel the same way. If you do want to be with someone than leave them.

It would depend to me... I know that's probably crazy but I really don't think my husband would ever cheat and if he did there would probably be some underlying reason, not that id blame myself but I'd want to know why and the circumstances. I may leave I may not
