I dont know what to do anymore

My son has been mostly breastfeed with maybe a handful of bottles here and there. Lately we've been having trouble breastfeeding where he doesn't want to latch or won't eat for very long so much so that I had to start pumping again to make sure I didn't lose my supply. My son has really bad acid reflux I've already taken every thing out of my diet that I can but it didn't help so he's on zantac. I don't want to switch to bottles but idk what to do has anyone else been through this?
