trigger warning what to do
I think I'm having a miscarriage...I have had really bad cramps all day and when I got home had dark brown blood spotting. Took a nap but now the dark brown is red and the cramps are still there. My doctors office is closed fridays so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.
