orgasms safe during pregnancy?

Anyone know if orgasms are safe during early pregnancy? 8wks today and Ive been too afraid to have sex or masturbate out of fear of miscarrying or hurting my baby. My doctor hasnt said anything about it she just said if I bleed or spot after sex it's normal.

Its completely safe, some people in certain cases can be put on pelvic rest because of issues during their pregnancy. But an orgasm wont cause a miscarriage... tbh not alot will if its going to happen it will and its not because of anything anyone did or didnt do it just happens sometimes.

It's fine, if you're really that nervous tell your man to take it easy and go slowly. Listen to your body if it hurts stop and try a different position. You're in the first trimester if the doctor isn't concerned about you having sex enjoy it while it's still comfortable lol
