I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and my symptoms are so minimal! My breasts are slightly swollen, heightened sense of smell and I'm a little emotional. I don't know whether to be thankful or worried. We saw our little bean at 6w4d and there was a heartbeat of 120 bpm, so everything seems to be okay?!
