newly pregnant. exercise?
Hi everyone. I just found out I'm pregnant. Going to the doctor Wednesday to confirm blood test. I teach one on one fitness and see a trainer every week. Can I keep exercising as normal? The stuff I do is low impact and works on core strength and elongation. I'd tell my own clients they can work out normally til midway thru the second trimester and then Modify for positional discomfort. But now that it's me.... I just want to be sure I don't mess anything up! I want it to stick. What do you think???
