acne early pregnancy help asap I want it gone

My chest, back and upper arms are covered in old and new acne scars
And new spots and hormonal scars everywhere is anyone out there that can help get rid of them I'm really uncomfortable and going to be embarrassed and ugly in the summer I won't want to leave the house unless it's long sleeved and covered like I have done for the past couple of years.
Please help I would so appreciate it
