HELP!!

Last week, my husband and I were having sex, and when he went to insert his penis inside me, there was definitely some pain right away. I should have said something, but the pain went away and we started going. Now, everyone I am aroused or get touched around the vagina, there is a specific pain that comes in the same place right in the vagina. What could this be?! I miss sex and just want to feel better! 😭 (I also had a kidney infection at this time so could that be a factor?)
