Off-the-pill Period Symptoms
Hi Ladies, so I was on the pill on and off for ~11 years (from age 21 to ~32) and decided to see how my body would react w/o the artificial hormones. My husband and I use condoms during sex as we're not quite ready to have a baby (yet).
I've been off the pill for about 1.5-2yrs now and have noticed that my period symptoms have gotten worse: 1) looser bowels (more diarrhea like poos) 2) more painful cramps 3) more intense pimples a week before my period, during PMS time. Has this happened to anyone else?
