bodies post partum

It is AMAZING what our bodies do to create tiny little humans! I had no idea what to expect post partum.  (aside from the rude comments about my body being destroyed pp) so to be honest I kind of accepted that I'd forever have a "mom bod" or a pooch or whatever the hell else motherhood brings us (I'm slightly sad I don't have any tiger stripes but oh well all the more reason to have more 🤗) but I am SO impressed with how my body is recovering. I had really bad diastisis recti (four finger gap) and didn't have a clue how to regain strength in my core until about a week ago when I decided enough was enough and I needed to do something. My energy was crap and I was feeling really negative about my body. I dove in, did all the research, started a regular workout regimen and figured out what core exercises I CAN do. I'm so pleased with how far I've come in just a week 😊 lets see some amazing self & body love, ladies 😍
