Should I go to l&d

Ok so here's what's going on.. I have been contracting for about 5 hours now, but, my contractions are not painful and usually aren't until they break my water. I have also noticed that my little guy isn't moving as much as he normal does since this started happening. He is still moving but I have to nudge at him and basically piss him off to get a response. So my question is should I go in? I debate on this because I have a fear of hospitals. So what do you think?
