Im so hurt

Last night my fiance wanted to go out but my car was blocked in the driveway by my parents cars(we have a straight skinny driveway) and plus I'm 35 weeks pregnant and just wanted to go to bed. So I looked at his phone today while he's sleeping cause I had a strange feeling he was talking about me. Told his friend I'm getting on his nerves and I don't let him do anything. Correction I don't let appreciate him hanging with the friends that do drugs cause he use to do drugs also and knows I don't like them. Anyways I'm so hurt that he went to his friend talking about me instead of having a problem and coming to me. Should I have a talk with him? I understand I read his private message between a friend,but are agreement when we got back together was not to take our relationship to social media or to discuss with a friend or family it's between us. Also have his friends are junkies the ones I don't appreciate him with the others I don't mind
