Painless Hemorrhoids?

I'm 35 weeks 5 days pregnant, and last night I noticed after I tried to take a #2 (failed miserably lol) I had these painless lumps sticking out of my behind... Can hemorrhoids be painless?? They're just little lumps sticking out... I've never had them before so I'm just a little concerned.. HELP.😩

Yes for sure.  I got some for the first time at the end of my pregnancy.  Never hurt;, never really disturbed me lol. Just there :)

Yes, but don't expect them to be painless the first few times you go #2 after birth.
