Do you sometimes leave your fingernails

With no polish, to let them breathe and get harder? My nail lady said that mine were getting soft and weak because I was always putting polish on them.

I let mine breathe in between painting them because when I wear polish for weeks and weeks at a time, my nails get to be a yellowed color. They look fine though if I'm not using polish so I know I'm not sick or anything like that lol

I pick anything not natural off my nails subconsciously so I don't even bother anymore.

Yes i prefer my nails with no Polish. I like manicures but i hate nail polish on my fingers i like to keep my toes painted though

Sometimes.. Or I use a Harding base.. For my nails to get hard

I love getting acrylic nails. I know it's the worst. But after they start coming off or whatever I remove them and let my nails be natural for a while before I get them again, and once in a while I'll paint them. Try prenatal vitamins, my nails have became stronger and grow really quick.

I rarely ever use nail polish and my nails are naturally hard and healthy. Needing to cut them soon though

I often don't wear nail polish, but mostly because I don't have the or patience to keep them looking good painted all the time. I have no idea about letting them breathe.
