Baby things you can't live without!

Ok so this may be a little premature but I'm excited. This is my first baby and I'm 5w3d and already adding things to my Amazon list. So what are some things both during pregnancy and after that you couldn't live without, for you and baby. Things like a snoodle, boppy, moby wrap, belly creams, etc. I'm already super bloated and having trouble getting comfortable at night so a pregnancy pillow will probably be my next buy. But I want some honest tried and true tested opinions on everything!
