U.K. ladies 😘

I got my BFP yesterday, which I'm really excited and happy about! BUT what do I do next?! My mum doesn't live near me so I'm a bit down and not too sure what I do next, I'm new to my village and the doctors seem a bit 'old school' .. I'm actually flying to Costa Rica on the 13th march too, which is also making me panic! If I ring the doctors tomorrow, will they want to see me before I go away etc? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm having a late night panic ! Xx
