Reality sinking in...😔

I have a beautiful 18 month old son, whom is our world!! I'm 25 weeks pregnant with his brother, and although we are all very excited for his arrival, I know things will never be the same. I hate feeling guilty because this one is just as loved as our son, i just don't know how I'm going to manage with juggling between and giving them both the attention they need.
