Exercise
Really want to get back into exercise again as I had to take a break for a bit while my cold/asthma cleared as I was only about 4 weeks pregnant and doctor told me to take it easy. We have a hill type walking track that really gets your heart pumping but I'm worried how bub will handle it if i haven't done any exercise for about 6 weeks (I've heard that unless your body is used to what you're doing you shouldn't put it through too much strain). Can i please get your thoughts as I get very bored from 'just walking'
