10-Month-Old Not Eating?? 😭

I'm in need of help or advice!

My son, Dominic, is 10 months old and has always been a happy, healthy and hungry baby. He has never been the best sleeper, but lately we've noticed a dramatic change in our little boy. For the past two weeks, Dominic is having random fits throughout the day that are caused by absolutely nothing and can take a while to calm him down, night terrors that can take up to an hour to calm, waking more frequently at night (up to 9 times), less sleep for naps or completely skips them, and a significant decrease in his appetite. He is still very active, playful and regular with his diapers, but I know that something is wrong. We were suspicious of his molar teeth coming in, but this is different. It's hard to explain (of course) but my son has 6 teeth in and he's never acted this way. I'm worried, I've tried looking up possible causes online and came up empty, and of course I can't get a hold of his doctor. I don't know what to do, but I can see that he is seriously suffering. 

Has anyone ever had this with their little one? What should I do? :(
