Help me bounce back please! Both AF and a seizure in one day!

I'm super crushed. Yesterday AF came and a few hours later I had a seizure! They're triggered by stress. Today I've been attacked by the Depression Monster. I need help bouncing back. This will be Cycle 6 TTC #1. I want to be a mom so bad and I'm starting to fear it won't happen!!!
