I agree with Alyssa, you're reading wayyy too much into the ultrasound especially considering you're not that far along, your baby or babies are still developing all their features, and honestly every week my daughter looked different. Even when I had my 4D ultrasound, guess what? She still looked slightly different when she came out.

Honestly I think you're reading too much into it. Sonograms are great for a plethora of reasons, but they aren't great at showing facial features (unless they're the super high tech 3D/4D kind). And even then sometimes your kid looks like an alien on the screen. You have plenty of time to worry about how your kids will feel about their looks, but right now just focus on being happy, healthy, and just enjoying your babies 😊.

My babies always looked a little funky in ultrasounds.  Sometimes the face is squashed or the forehead looks like a cave man.  It's just an odd angle . My kids  always are born gorgeous! I wouldn't worry at all . Your baby is going to be a beauty!

When I had a sono done with my first I remember getting this shot of him having this really big "fat" nose and my sister rudely pointed out that he had my husbands "shrek" nose. Fast forward to 36 weeks and 6 days when he was born...no shrek nose just the cutest little button nose. Sometimes there position that they are in and depending how much fluid is surrounding them, it can alter how they're seen.

I'm 23 weeks and the sonographer didn't say anything (maybe because she didn't want to offend me) but I don't have a pointy nose, it's more button actually and my hubby does have a pointy nose... could this really be an accurate photo of the nose? Idm either I'll love my babies 😍 but just wondering if it does look very big and if it's normal I guess ? Or if it's just the ulstrasound or angle
