Any advice

I basically need to move out with my husband and two kids . The probably isnt that we cant afford a place , we are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom. Our credit isnt that good but we are good tenents. Does any one have advise how I can find a place with bad credit and the 4 of us???? I know I can offer a higher security deposit and 2 months worth of rent up front. Please help!!

To nicole: our bad credit isnt because we chose to have it. I was in debt for my braces and a few other things no credit cards or anything like that ... My husband just got a social security number so he has no credit so either way its bad .
