Freaking out

Last year I did an ectopic pregnancy, I had my right tube removed.

Since a week now, I have cramps, right pelvic pain, frequent urination, cravings, took 7 lbs, lower back pain, sore nipples. But test was negative 2 days ago. I did a blood test today and now I'm waiting for the results. AF is due Tomorrow. But right now I have a lot of cramps on the right side. I'm scared a little bit. The doc said he's worried if the test is positive... I dont know what to do, I'm too anxious for the results.
