spotting or bleeding

I took a morning after pill when he said he came inside me. After 2 days, I was bleeding light then medium the next day and it hasn't stop yet. This bleeding is gonna be a week tomorrow. I read that after taking that pill you can have spotting or bleeding maximum for 2 days. So now, I don't know if im having my period or is just normal bleeding like tgis after taking the pill???? And my period is not until next 2 weeks. So i dont know whats happening to me now. Somebody??? The physical symptoms I have is dizziness, headache, and light cramp.
