pain in breast??

My right breast has be very sensitive for the past 3-4 days. I can't move it too much or it hurts (not like and agonizing pain but it feels like a punch in the boob over and over again). Like the pain is in nipple and in the tissue were my areola is. My mom also had breast cancer in her right breast. So should I bring this up to my mom?? Has one gone through this?
