Cysts/pcos

Ive been to the doctors plenty of times over the past couple of years for ehat i thought was a uti or bladder infection but everything comes back negative, all std/sti tests have been negative. Ive had cysts in my ovaries before but they either ruptured or went away on their own. Today i was back at the walk-in (i cant afford insurance at the moment) and the doctor said if she had to take a guess, she thinks i have a cyst that grew large enough to be pressing on my bladder, but she also mentioned pcos. Any info or advice for me while i try to find a doctor who will work with me?
