Anyone know anything about moles

I have a birthmark on my left butt cheek and sometimes I take pictures of it because it looks like upside down heart well while taking a picture tonight I noticed on my right butt cheek there's a mole and I have really haven't looked in a while but I know it wasn't there before just wondering if anyone knows anything about moles and doesn't look serious
