cysts
I previously had issues with ovarian cysts and my OBGYN suggested I go on birth control. I did that for a while and it was amazing. I had easier periods and no pain in my ovaries. My only problem was I didn't feel like myself. It messed with my mental health so I stopped taking it. I'm wondering if anyone knows any other way of preventing ovarian cysts...?
