iud strings
Me and my so have had sex and ive asked him if he has felt the string to the iud (mirena) and he says he doesnt feel them at all. Ive had it in for a little over a month going onto 2 months. I havent been able to feel the strings i already got them trimmed. My SO was able to feel them and now he says he doesnt. Is this normal? Should i be concerned?

I have been on what maybe my period (i emailed my doctor its my first time bleeding on it) but its spotting and super light and its been going on for like 3 weeks going onto 4 weeks. Colors vary some days it would be light/dark brown to a mix with a little red or pink. Also my SO has felt the strings prior to getting it trimmed and after i got it trimmed he did feel it and its been a couple of weeks and he said he didnt feel it last night.
