Spotting?! On BC pill!

Spotting?!! I'm on BC & i missed 3 pills in a row due to stress & forgetting to take them. I just started spotting today. I had unprotected intercourse on Saturday and he finished in me. I missed the last pill for the 2nd week. I missed the 1st & 2nd pill of the 3rd week of the pack. Is it possible that the spotting could be due to me missing the pills or could it be pregnancy? My LMP was feb 20th & i have an 26 day cycle .. My next period is supposed to be on the 19, which the placebo pills will be in effect .. Help!
