How to get rid of UTIs ?

Question

I get UTIs often, the doctor said it's most likely a factor of another health issue I have that makes my immune system succeptable to UTIs.

My question :

Is there a natural way to prevent and get rid of them? My body has become immune to one of the anyibiotics already, and I get them regularly.

I follow all of the proper procedures to not get them but I still do. (Cleanliness, clean underwear, peeing after sex every single time, wiping front to back) etc.

I take these cranberry pills, I drink water, what else can I do?

Taking an antibiotic kills all bacteria including good ones. We cannot properly fight bacteria when we kill everything. This is most likely why you continue to get them. Cranberry tablets, garlic tablets, vitamin c, and coconut oil tablets will get rid of the infection. If I were you I'd continue to take them even when the infection is gone to help your body keep it gone. Also soaking in a bath with drops of tea tree oil in it helps.

Hmm it seems like your doing everything you can. I also have a really hard time with UTIs even though I do everything to prevent them ☹️ I just have to go to the doctor every time I get one & if it doesn't clear up he will put me on something different.
