best double stroller!

 Currently pregnant with baby number two. When baby arrives in September I'll have an infant and my older son will be just under three. I'll need a stroller that accommodates an infant seat and bonus if it can grow with the kids and have flexibility in the way it's arranged. Other must haves include easy maneuverability as we live in Minnesota and the weather and terrain can be a bit messy and bumpy, and good storage space below or at least enough for an average diaper bag. Not looking for something super cheap but please try not to recommend a $1,000 stroller either. And recommendations on a double stroller you've loved or one to avoid?!! Thanks in advance.
