rekindle my relationship with my husband

How can my husband and I rekindle our marriage? I told him that I fell out of love with him but I still love him and he told me that ever since I got my iud out I've turned him off. We hadn't had sex since February 12th there are nights that we don't even sleep together anymore. We will be married for 3 years in June and I don't understand how we lost our spark that we use to have before. I blame myself for everything 😭😭
