feelin' alone and itchy :/

Does anyone else get itchy like near their vag lips?? Idk if it's because I'm gonna start my period. Or if it might be a yeast infection again. I've only had one yeast infection, so I'm not too sure on how to tell if it's that but i don't have any discharge. Or maybe im just irritated down there for some reason??? Idk but I scratched it probably too much and now it hurts. So I put hydrocortisone on it. I just don't want to feel alone in this LOL someone pls share your experiences with me
